• At Standards and Monitoring Services (SAMS): His work involves evaluating and improving services to ensure they meet the needs of vulnerable populations, emphasizing accountability and quality.

• At Assistance Dogs New Zealand (ADNZT): he guided the organisation through a significant growth phase; his leadership established administrative and funding processes that doubled the number of dogs the Trust trained -  allowing the organisation to support more young new Zealanders with disabilities.
